Cajun-Creole beef with garlic mayonnaise. An all-time favourite at The Good Food Studio.

Ingredients

  • 1 small beef fillet, 700-800g

Method

Put all the ingredients into a mortar and grind with pestle.

Rub the spice paste onto the beef fillet and massage the meat with 30 ml olive oil. Set aside, wrap and marinate for 1 hour.
