Combine glaze ingredients in a small pot, heat and stir until combined and smooth.
Place snoek on an oiled hinged braai grid, skin-side down. Braai for 20 minutes skin-side down and turn for the last 5 minutes.
The snoek should come off the grid easily, using the metal spatula.
