Add these potato parcels to your braai while braaing meat or fish, using the indirect method.
Cut 6 sheets of heavy-duty foil, each approximately 30cm long. Place the foil shiny-side down. Spread some butter where the potatoes will be placed. Arrange the potatoes on the 6 parcels and sprinkle the remaining ingredients. Seal the parcels well. Braai over indirect heat for 30 minutes. Remove from the braai. Let them rest for a few minutes before you open the parcels.
