An ordinary French loaf or baguette gets a makeover to become extraordinary.
Ingredients
1 150 g 4–6 cloves
Method
Mix ingredients together for the garlic butter. Set aside.
Slice the bread at
Open each alternate slice and spread with the garlic and herb butter. Spread the pesto in the remaining slices. Place mozzarella slices in between each.<
