Potato bakes are sometimes my favourite thing at a braai. This one, dressed up with parmesan and cream, is just a killer.
Heat the butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Set aside.
Wipe the potatoes with paper towel to remove their moisture.
When dried, place in a greased ovenware dish with the sautéed onions.
Season to taste.
