Every household has their favourite potato salad – this is mine! Braai the bacon strips over hot coals if you feel adventurous.
Boil the eggs for 8 minutes in boiling water.
Slice potatoes coarsely and cook in salted water till soft. Fry the onion with the bacon in a pan until crispy. Mix the mayonnaise with the pesto.
