While working on the book, food stylist Camilla Comins made this beautiful, interesting salad. Thank you, Camilla.
Mix ingredients for the chilli dressing and set aside.
Braai lime halves until charred.
Arrange pawpaw, mozzarella and sliced red chilli on a platter. Spoon the sweet chilli dressing over. Serve with the braaied limes.
