Clean whitebaits, removing central bones through the back and head. Season with lemon, salt and black pepper; set aside. To prepare the farofa, sauté garlic and onion with olive oil, add shrimps and cook for a few minutes. Add tomato sauce, chopped parsley and, finally, the cassava flour, little by little. Season farofa with salt and pepper.
