  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation

Season meat with salt, pepper and rosemary. Roast it with olive oil until tender.

Coffee sauce

In a saucepan, simmer broth and coffee until reduced. Season with honey, salt and pepper.

Cassava Rösti

Mix grated cassava and cheese, season with salt and pepper; add butte
