Method

Preparation

Season lobster with lemon, salt and pepper and set aside. Cut pineapple in half and remove center. Dice half pineapple, blend the other half and set aside. In a skillet, brown garlic in olive oil, add onion and sauté. Add lobsters and grill slightly. Add vodka and flambé. Then, add cream. Taste to adjust seasoning, and add basil leaves.
