Beef ribs and beer, what could go wrong? A very tasty classic Brazilian combination. This recipe takes a little time but it will be worth it, trust me.

  • 6 lb 12 oz (3 kg) beef ribs

Method

Place the beef ribs in a glass dish. Combine the garlic, bay leaves and beer in a bowl. Add half of the smoked paprika and pour the marinade over the beef ribs. Make sure the ribs are completely covered with the marinade. Add some water if you need to. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
