To make the pastry, mix the flour and the salt in a flat container. Add the butter and using your hands, mix the butter with the flour and salt until it has a flakey consistency. Make a well in the centre of the mixture and add the milk, 1 egg, and the yolk. Start mixing it with a spoon and finish with your hands. It will start sticking to your hands, but the more you mix, the more it will stop
