This is a very simple recipe to make… This sauce can be served on the side, or can be brushed on meat while it’s cooking on the barbecue. Perfect with lamb.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons chopped Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
4 tablespoons chopped cilantro (coriander)
