This is probably one of the easiest desserts you could ever make in your lifetime. And one of the most delicious!

½ 9 fl oz 250 ml 4
Method
Blend the papaya with the ice cream until it’s a creamy texture.
Put some of the cassis liquor in the bottom of a glass, and pour the creamy mixture into the glass. Pour the remaining liquor on top. Garnish with the maraschino cherries.
