Invented at BRAZA when we first opened the restaurant by Max, a great bar man. It’s a very enjoyable and refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries
  • 1½ fl oz (45 ml) gin
  • ½

Method

Muddle the strawberries, and then add the gin, pomegranate liquor, lime juice and sugar. Mix well.

Add the mix into a cocktail shaker, add the ice and shake well.

Pour the guarana into the shaker, then shake well.

Pour into a serving glass and garnish with half a strawberry, if you like.
