The inspiration for this cocktail is the beautiful mountains from the city of Monte Verde in Brazil, located in the state of Minas Gerais. And again, it was created back in the early days at BRAZA.

1 fl oz (30 ml) vodka

Method

Muddle the kiwi in the shaker. Add all of the other ingredients and the ice and shake well. Cut a slice of kiwi and make an incision halfway through the wheel.

Pour it into a serving glass and garnish with a kiwi wheel on top of the glass and it’s ready to serve!
