A sweet variation of the Twist & Swirl loaf with a warming injection of cinnamon.
Follow the recipe for the BBQ Twist & Swirl Loaf but increase the sugar in this dough to 20g (¾oz) and decrease the salt to just ½tsp to create a sweet dough. Add the ground cinnamon to the dry mixture and then mix as before.
When it comes to the filling, combine 40g dark muscovado sugar with 1½ tsp ground
