A sweet variation of the Twist & Swirl loaf with a warming injection of cinnamon.

Ingredients

Bread

  • 300 g (10½ oz) strong white bread flour
  • ½ tsp salt<

Method

  1. Follow the recipe for the BBQ Twist & Swirl Loaf but increase the sugar in this dough to 20g (¾oz) and decrease the salt to just ½tsp to create a sweet dough. Add the ground cinnamon to the dry mixture and then mix as before.
