Sweet cinnamon bagels – a great snack any time of the day and ideal for splitting and toasting for breakfast.
The method for making the sweet bagels is the same as the savoury version but add the cinnamon along with the flour. They also need a little more water when it comes to making the dough. Incorporate the dried cranberries in the dough after the first rise, kneading until they are evenly dispersed.
