This makes the perfect breakfast or brunch bread. Use your own favourite unsweetened muesli to ring the changes.
Pour the water, oil and honey into the bread pan. Reverse the order in which you add the wet and dry ingredients if necessary. Sprinkle over the flours, covering the water. Add the muesli and milk powder, then the salt, in a corner.
Make a small indent in the flour; add the yeast. Set to the dough setting; use basic raisin dough setting (if available)
