Method

Remove the kneading blade from the bread machine pan, if it is detachable. Line the base of the bread pan with baking parchment.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Stir in the sugar and pecan nuts. Dissolve the coffee granules or powder with15ml/1 tbsp hot water in a cup.
Add the coffee, the melted butter, milk
