Cover the apricots, cherries, and raisins with hot water. Let soak for 10 minutes.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Sauté the apples and pears until soft. Drain the soaked fruit and add to the skillet with the cinnamon. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add the banana, canned cherries, and syrup, and heat for 2 minutes. Serve immediately spooned over
