  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Kahlua coffee liqueur

Method

In a small saucepan, scald the cream. Remove from the heat. Add the Kahlua and chocolate and stir until melted. Keep warm in a hot water bath until serving.
