When I had my own business in Brooklyn, my sous chef Lauren used to always talk about eating her instant ramen with cheese on top. At that time, I was taken aback and asked what the hell she was talking about, to which she replied with a tone of shock at my ignorance, “Yeah, man, it’s so freaking good!”
