About

Making a great bread pudding, either savoury or sweet, depends on two things: getting the cubes of bread sufficiently dry so that they easily soak up the liquid in the recipe and giving them time to do so by adding the liquid in stages. Like most savoury bread puddings, this is also an excellent side dish with simply grilled or roasted chicken or turkey.
