For the best crepes, be sure to mix the ingredients completely so there are no lumps remaining (a blender works best for this), then let the batter rest for at least a couple of hours. Use any kind of jam you like, such as raspberry or strawberry. Or toss fresh blackberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries with a little granulated sugar and let stand until juicy, then serve alongside the crepes.
