  • About

Lofty, flaky, and buttery, these biscuits are all that and more. The keys to great biscuits are keeping the ingredients cold, not overworking the dough, and eating them while they are still warm and fresh from the oven with plenty of butter (and honey if you like!).

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Method

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a food processor, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and pulse a few times to mix. Add the butter and pulse 3 or 4 times, just until the mixture forms large, coarse crumb
