Colorful cups of watermelon, mango, papaya, and/or jicama, cut into cubes or spears and sprinkled with lime and chili powder, are a popular Mexican street food. That balance of sweet tang and heat is captured in this bright and flavor-filled tropical fruit salad.
In a large bowl, toss together the watermelon, mango, pineapple, and papaya. Squeeze the juice of the limes over the fruit and toss to combine. Season with the chile-lime seasoning to taste. Serve at once, or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.
