In our easy breakfast version of the popular Cuban sandwich known as a cubano, we swap in thinly sliced deli ham and a just-fried egg for the traditional roast pork. But don’t worry, we kept the traditional garnishes of yellow mustard, Swiss cheese, and sliced pickles. Why mess with a good thing?
