Criolla sauce is a classic accompaniment to Argentinian asado or barbecue. Carmen from Moo Cantina described it as a salad and sauce in one, similar to the widely known chimichurri, but even fresher.
There isn’t much to making this apart from the actual prep. Simply place everything together in a mixing bowl and toss together. Enjoy with your grilled or barbecued meats or with Moo Cantina’s beef empanadas.
