I’ve got a thing about jellies, which I think goes back to my discovering that jelly was not the packeted rubbery stuff you buy in shops and dissolve in hot water. Grown-up jellies are great and you can have really great easy fun creating different versions throughout the year. Summer is easy, with elderflower and various summer fruits, but by late autumn, we are only really left with those blackberries that are just dying to be picked.
