Breakfast Tomatoes

A breakfast ‘extra’ that we all enjoy. Good grilled tomatoes finish a breakfast plate so nicely, giving more colour, texture and, of course, flavour. I’m not quite sure when tomatoes found their way on to the British breakfast plate, but it was probably this century.
