  • 75 g (3 oz) icing sugar, sieved

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.

Place the egg whites in a bowl. Add the sieved icing sugar and whisk for 10–15 seconds. Add the flour, gently pour in the melted butter and mix to a smooth paste.
