  • About

Cucumber, sliced very thinly, is a familiar and traditional sandwich filling, made famous by the lack of cucumbers in Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest. The butter can be replaced with the healthy Mayonnaise (see Variation). A very thin spread is all that will be needed.
