A sweet crust and a chewy center provide a delicious combo of flavors and textures! I even had a “brownie moment” not too long ago and decided to bake these on the grill. They turned out beautifully!

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

Method

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of an 8" square pan.

For the Brownie Base

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler set over simmering water. Stir often, over low heat, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
