Name: Peanut Butter Marbled Brownies
Yield: Makes about 2½ dozen.
Ingredients: 1 tsp. salt; 2¾ cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted; 3 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened to room temperature; 1 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped; 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped; 2 large eggs, lightly beaten; 1 tbsp. milk, whole or 2 percent; ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract; 3 tbsp. unbleached, all-purpose flour; 4 tbsp. or more milk, whole or 2 percent; ¼ tsp. salt; ¾ cup crunchy peanut butter; 4 to 5 oz. semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped; ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar; ⅓ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature; 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped; 2 cups granulated sugar; ⅔ cup unsalted butter; 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract; 4 large eggs, lightly beaten; 1¼ cups unbleached, all-purpose flour; 1 tsp. baking powder

Ingredients

4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
⅔ cup unsalted butter

Method

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9" baking pan.

For the Brownie Base

Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring to blend. Remove pan from heat and whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently stir in chocolate pieces. Spread half of the Brownie Base into prepared pan.</
