Ingredients: ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted; ¼ cup unsalted butter; ½ cup mini marshmallows; ¼ tsp. baking soda; ¼ tsp. baking powder; 1 large egg white; ⅔ cup granulated sugar; ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted; ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract; 1½ cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted; 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened to room temperature; ⅓ cup chopped walnuts, toasted; 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped; ⅓ cup milk, 2 percent or skim; 4 tsp. milk, whole or 2 percent; ¾ cup unbleached, all-purpose flour
