This is perfect for those brownie moments when just one topping isn’t enough!

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

Method

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 7x11" baking pan.

For the Brownie Base

Melt the unsweetened and bittersweet chocolates and butter in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugars until blended. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla. Stir
