A shortbread crust, white chocolate blended into a cream-cheese filling, and a dark-chocolate glaze add new flavors to your brownie enjoyment!
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a food processor, pulse the flour and sugar until combined. Cut the cold butter into pieces, add, and pulse until mixture is crumbly. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9" square pan.
