Framboise; 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract; 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract; ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted; 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped; 1 tbsp. very hot water; 1 cup granulated sugar

Method

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 13x9" baking pan; line pan with foil, then lightly grease foil.
