The flavor combination of chocolate, raspberry, and mascarpone is simply sublime. But don’t just take my word for it. Start heating that oven!
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13x9" baking pan. Tap out any excess flour.
Melt the chocolate and butter in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring to blend. Remove pan from heat and whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt just until blended. Set aside.
