Hey, these are perfect for those blonde moments! (Oh yeah—even we nonblondes have them.) A deep, rich, butterscotch-flavored brownie with chocolate chunks . . . yum!
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9" square pan.
Combine the butter and sugars in a double boiler set over simmering water. Stir often, over low heat, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove top of double boiler from heat, and carefully wipe bottom (so none of the moisture steams up into the mixture
