Deep chocolate flavor and a hint of coffee . . . these brownies are definitely super simple. Don’t skimp on ingredients. Better-quality chocolates will give them a noticeably richer flavor.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour an 8" square pan.
Combine the chocolates in a double boiler set over simmering water. Stir often, over low heat, until mixture is melted and smooth.
Remove top of double boiler from heat, and carefully wipe bottom (so none of the moisture steams up into the chocolate mix
