If you love the flavor of Thin Mints, these brownies are destined to make believers out of Girl Scout cookie lovers!
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a 13x9" baking pan, being sure to tap out any excess flour and discard.
Beat the cream cheese and sugar in a small bowl using an electric mixer until light, fluffy, and smooth. Add egg and mint, mixing well. Set aside.
