I love to make “brownies in the round”—it gives a whole new, taste-ful meaning to wedgies!

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  • 5 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped, divided
  • 6 tbsp.

Method

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8" round cake pan. Sprinkle bottom with cocoa powder, tapping out any excess.

For the Brownie Base

Melt 4 oz. of the white chocolate with butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.

Remove saucepan from heat. Cool mixture for 15 minutes.
