Most bakeries have a version of this rich brownie, and some are tasty. Use only the best ingredients for my version and do not underbake.

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 10 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped, divided
  • 6 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2

Method

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a 9" square pan, being sure to tap out excess flour.

For the Brownie Base

Melt 7 oz. of the white chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring often until mixture is smooth and well blended. Remove saucepan from heat; cool.
