Even the Seven Dwarfs wouldn’t object to eating these on a regular basis! This is more like a white chocolate bar, but who cares what you call it . . . the flavors are divine. My mom used to make something very similar (once she got on the “brownie bandwagon”)—a delicate crust, a filling, a crumb topping, and using semisweet chocolate instead of the white—and I’ve adapted it and streamlined the process.
