Lots of dried fruits combine to make these white-chocolate treats sweet and fruity. And that chocolate crumb topping is “oh so good”!

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 12 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped, divided
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2

Method

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9" square pan.

For the Brownie Base

Melt 6 oz. of the white chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and blended. Remove saucepan from heat; set aside.

In a large bowl of an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluff
