I obviously feel that there are endless possibilities when I combine chocolate and cookies and have brownies on my mind!

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 6 oz. semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped

Method

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

For the Brownie Base

Melt the semisweet and unsweetened chocolates and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until mixture is blended and smooth. Remove saucepan from heat; set aside.

In a large bowl of an electric mixer, beat eggs, cocoa powder, and vanilla o
