Here is another variation on the cookie/brownie theme, this one with an intense cocoa and chocolate flavor.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 or 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Combine the unsweetened and semisweet chocolates in a double boiler set over simmering water. Stir often, over low heat, until mixture is melted and smooth.
