Chocolate and peanut butter is such a delightful combination. It brings out the kid in all of us (the good kid, that is!).

Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • cup unsalted butter
  • 2

Method

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 1½ dozen muffin cups.

For the Brownie Base

Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring to blend.

Remove saucepan from heat. Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and nuts. Spoon into muffin cups (filling each cup ¾ full).
